Each item is handmade by me with lots of love. Therefore, no 2 items will be the same.

• No images may be used or reproduced without the written consent of the site owner​​

• Solo Crafts will not be held liable for losses due to acts of God, unforeseeable circumstance or economical distress​​

• Once items have been handed to the third party for delivery or items have been removed from the premises, it remains the clients' sole responsibility​​

• Refunds or returns will be provided for damaged defective products, if management has been notified within the 7 day period in writing, after proof of damages has been provided, and if said damages happened before products left the business premises. Management discretion will be used to decide whether an application is valid or not​​

• Orders submitted but not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled

PRIVACY:

• Solo Crafts will not be collecting or sharing client information with 3rd parties not relating to either the website or parcel delivery

• Personal information will be kept personal

• Our website uses standard cookies that are highlighted upon visiting

SHIPPING & PAYMENT:

• Our workshop is based in Voortrekker Av, Edenvale, Gauteng. If you are in the area, you are welcome to collect at the above address

• Shipping is limited to South Africa only

• Damaged goods may be refunded or replaced and is according to owners discretion

• Payment is received either via Yoco or EFT. No items will be shipped before full payment amounts reflect in our bank accounts

• Solo Crafts is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost parcels once it has been sent with the couriers. You will receive a tracking number to use should you want to follow up with the relevant courier​​

• Please ensure the correct PEP collection branch / PUDO locker / delivery address is given or contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change it. Unfortunately if the order has been booked, I will not be able to change this​​

• Delivery times are from time of sending and not when the order has been placed. You will receive a notification once your order has been sent for delivery​

• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 days depending on the option you chose and the delivery address entered

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:

• Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for buyers remorse after payment has been made and the invoice has been sent for custom/made to order items as these orders are processed once payment reflects and custom/made to order items cannot be resold​

• As some items being sold are customed, no exchanges or returns will be made for these items without valid reasons and on owner discretion. Replacements might be offered for non-customed items if the item is returned unused at your own cost. You will then also be responsible for the delivery of the new item​

• If you chose delivery, no refunds will be granted for lost or delayed parcels. You will need to take this up with the courier company

• If items were damaged in transit, returns or refunds will be discussed or granted on owner discretion​

• Replacements are allowed for defective items, please contact me on email (bysolocrafts@gmail.com) to resolve. Depending on the circumstances, a refund might be offered​

• No refunds or replacements will be granted for free items you received or for any "oopsie" items you have purchased

DISCOUNT CODES:

• Discount codes are valid for a month from being issued. If you received the discount code as a Thank You for a purchase you made, the issued date is the date of that purchase

• If a discount code is used at checkout, it will exclude the following unless stated otherwise:

• Please check your order at checkout after applying the discount code. Should the discount not be as per what you expected, you can check if the item is under any of the above mentioned categories.
